Ocean dive day tour
Garður is a small fishing town located around 45 mins from Reykjavik on the most westerly point of the Reykjanes Peninsula. The literal translation of Garður is garden or yard.
The diving is rich and diverse here with lot’s of macro ocean life and a plethora of different fish. Flatfish, wolffish and lumpsuckers are the most common but people have even see humpback whales and orca’s here!
The town itself is very picturesque and is still a small traditional Icelandic fishing town.
Visibility can range from 3 to 12 m depending on the time of year and blooms of different algae types.
