What To Expect During the Weekend

This is not a retreat — it’s an offering.
A space to step out of your everyday routines and into something richer: authentic connection, playful exploration, and deep inner truths. A space to experience your true self.

The weekend blends yoga, meditation, breathwork, authentic relating, hiking in nature, dance, and joyful moments of simply being.
Whether you are new to these practices or have walked these paths before, you are welcome here. Flexibility and spiritual experience are not required — only openness and curiosity.

You’ll be guided by two soulful facilitators and leaders of Inner Truth Acadamy from Tenerife:

  • Anahat — blending ancient wisdom with modern practice, drawing from yoga, Ayurveda, dance, and psychology.
  • Ricardo — a grounded psychologist and hypnotherapist specializing in emotional intelligence and authentic connection.

Midgard’s local twist brings it all together: fresh Icelandic air, nearby trails like Tumastaðaskógur and Þríhyrningur, laughter, and good food shared in good company.

We believe real transformation happens not through force, but through gentle unfolding — and sometimes, a little bit of dancing.

FRIDAY

17:30 – Welcome

18:00 – Yoga & Meditation: Rooting – release tension and experience the healing power of surrendering to Mother Earth

19:00 – Mindfulness Hypnotic Meditation: Connect with abundance and appreciation

20:30 – Dinner at Midgard

SATURDAY

08:00 – Heart Chakra Meditation: Opening the heart

09:30 – Breakfast

11:00 – Outdoor Experience: Mindfulness in nature & picnic lunch

16:00 – Authentic Relating: The art of connecting with others through vulnerability

18:30 – Yoga, Breathwork & Mantra Singing: Deep abdominal breathing, joyful chanting, and healing the inner child

20:00 – Dinner at Midgard

SUNDAY

08:00 – Yoga & Meditation: Pranayama and self-healing, moving from devotion into ecstasy

09:30 – Breakfast at Migard

10:30 – Workshop: The Power of Manifestation – creating your reality

12:30 – Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance: Authentic movement, celebration, and closing

14:00/15:00 – Farewell

WEAR

Layers are key. Pack something breathable, something warm, and something waterproof. Bring your most comfortable clothing for yoga practice and breath work sessions. Pack hiking shoes and warm clothes according to this area’s weather forecast.  Check out our packing lists on our FAQ page to make sure you have everything you need in your backpack.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 3 days before departure will be refunded, minus a 10% transaction and service fee.

We encourage you to feel most comfortable during this weekend. You may join us daily from your home.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable clothes and any personal yoga equipment you would like to have (we will provide mats)

Good hiking boots, rain gear, and warm clothes.
