Eyjafjallajökull is a glacier that erupted in 2010 and caused massive flight problems all over Europe because of ash the spread out in the atmosphere. The eruption was in the top crater in the glacier and melted lots of ice which caused big floodings in the few of the river coming down the slopes of Eyjafjallajökull. We will drive up the slopes in a highly equipped 4x4 Super Jeep where we will get a great view over the whole area as well as the Westman Islands. From there we will go and explore the wonders that are to be found on the Glacier and we always try to fit our trips to our guest’s needs and wishes.
